Rated Up to 10,000 PSI, These Valves Offer Rugged Reliability in Demanding Industries
Bray Series HP/HX Standard Port threaded ball valves deliver rugged reliability for high-pressure instrumentation in fluid and gas measurement applications. Series HP/HP are floating ball designs providing bubble-tight shutoff, smooth quarter turn operation, and low operating torque. Series 3HP threaded ball valves are available in 6,000psi (WOG). Bray Series 3HX threaded ball valves are available in 10,000 psi (WOG).
Designed to ASME B16.34 standards, both models HP and HX series threaded valves are three-piece designs constructed from 316 stainless steel manufactured to NACE specifications and tested in compliance with API 598 standards.
Safety features of Series 3HP include an internally installed blow-out-proof stem, pinned end connections to prevent inadvertent loosening or disassembly and Locking kits which secure the valve in in the on / off position and repair kits.
Optional features for HP/HX Standard Port threaded ball valves include a choice of lever or pointer handles, travel limit stop pins, live load packings and ISO 5211 actuator mountings. Other body materials are available such as Duplex Stainless Steel, Hastelloy, Monel and Titanium. Series 3HP bodies are marked with a heat code for full material traceability.
